  • We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

  • This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

    • Ready-to-ship items

    • Sale or discounted products

    • Promotional purchases

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.

Each product is thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it meets Sue Dhagha’s standards.

Advance Payment Policy

  • All payments made on the Sue Dhagha website are non-refundable.

  • Once payment is completed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or adjusted toward any other order.

  • No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued after payment confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

We take utmost care in packaging and dispatch. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • An incorrect item

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To raise a claim:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory (from sealed package to product)

  • Clear images of the product and outer packaging must be provided

Color, Fit & Design Disclaimer

  • Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

  • Minor differences in embroidery, print, texture, or finish are inherent to handcrafted and designer garments.

  • These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

Order Acceptance & Final Authority

  • Accept or reject any order at its discretion

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law

All decisions made by Sue Dhagha regarding disputes, claims, or policy interpretation shall be final and binding.
